ASIST is a comprehensive, evidence-based two-day workshop developed over 40 years. It equips participants with practical skills to intervene when someone may be at risk of suicide. The program focuses on:

Recognising Warning Signs: Learn to identify when someone is showing signs of suicidal thoughts or behaviours.
